Coconut blossom sugar is a healthy, sustainable, natural sugar suitable for people who wish to limit their sugar consumption. This sugar is unrefined and is made from the nectar of organic coconut blossom, is rich in healthy nutrients, including several B vitamins and various minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium. Coconut blossom sugar has a glycaemic index of 35. This means that energy can be obtained from it for longer and it is therefore a healthy alternative for people with high blood sugar or type 2 diabetes. By using rice milk instead of milk powder, this chocolate is vegan and therefore also suitable for people who are lactose-intolerant.
