Montserrat chocolatier has its roots in Anzegem, West Flanders. In 1986, Willy started the business, together with his sister Gilberte, in their parents’ garage. From day 1 he has been the driving force behind the craft business. In 1996 his wife Martine became involved.
They have been making artisan chocolate for more than 30 years now and they are still as keen today. Their keywords? Belief, passion and above all, plenty of enthusiasm. Willy and Martine are innovative, but want to retain the family and traditional character.
